We've been using them for a little over a year and have been super happy. No major issues. The quarterly visits help and the very few times we've found a new bug (most recently a silverfish) they are quick to send someone out (almost always within 24 hours). Nash has been the person they send to our house and he's great! Our dogs now know him, he handles everything quickly and always educates us on what causes different bugs to come in and how we can help prevent them as well :). If you're looking for a new pest control, I highly recommend them.
